The Cromwell Course has been developed over the last 25 years since the current owner and course designer Rick Cressman acquired Nailcote Hall in 1991.
The ambition in creating the course has always been to develop Warwickshire’s answer to The Par 3 at Augusta and at 1048 yards it’s just 12 yards shorter. It has been designed to offer Golf that is fun for all age’s golfers but with all the challenges of a big course that can be played in less time and expense. It shows that golf really is a sport for life and fun for all.
The holes range from 95 to 146 yards with water features affecting 6 of the holes and over 20 bunkers protecting the small ‘target’ greens. The Cromwell Course has been home to The British Par 3 Championships and hosted by Tony Jacklin since 1998.
